Today, I'm thinking of the survivors of the residential school system, those who didn’t come home, and the families and communities who loved them. We have a shameful past, and I'm so grateful for the incredible indigenous leaders out there fighting for a better future.

Really enjoying this thread about government's relationship with failure! Agreed, we a citizens could help a lot by offering more grace, empathy and forgiveness when govt tries and fails.
Its important to look at incentives and feedback loops. We cant expect government to be comfortable with failure unless we as citizens support them in this by balancing accountability with grace for failure. @FailForward @dhanalytics check out this thread.
