Been working outdoors at Hexham Racecourse today. I had many layers of clothing on, wasn't nearly enough, absolutely Baltic for being outdoors for 5 hours but I still enjoyed it. Good racing, decent crowd.

Hawkeyethenoo. I used to own a share in this lad, he got me to Royal Ascot as an owner in a Group 1, he won us the Stewards Cup at Goodwood and earned a lot of money. Lovely to see him, pushing 21 now, still enjoying his retirement. He owes nobody a thing.
