Public speaking is actually really easy if you don’t respect a single soul in that room. I’ve had an incredibly easy time delivering speeches when I hated everybody I saw and they all thought I did amazing bc my disdain was read as confidence ( this is not a tip though )

Being shy has zero benefits. When others say what they like about you the most, they will mention everything, but not how socially awkward you are. Take up more space. Walk like you own the place. Make others even call you arrogant. Much better than feeling uncomfortable in your own skin. People will always admire your confidence because everyone wants to be cool too.

Develop a very strong opinion about yourself.
Know exactly who you are & who you are not.
If you don't, random people will try to tell you who you are, and you might just start believing them.
