teapawt.net/DefimonAlerts/status/2… Interestingly, the attacker tx never showed up in the mempool
🚨 MEV bot "yoink" front-runs a ~$7.81M rsETH exploit on Ethereum An attacker deployed "Permissionless Attacker Token" and launched the exploit straight into the mempool where it was front-run by yoink capturing the entire ~$7.8M for itself. Root cause: whale 0x40E9's leveraged rsETH funds sat in a Gnosis Safe whose strategy executor was a whitelisted Safe module. That module exposed a recipe entrypoint that forwarded fully caller-supplied calldata into the Safe's execTransactionFromModuleReturnData with operation=1 (DELEGATECALL) and no gating on the external caller. Because the module is already an authorized Safe module, anyone who could reach the entrypoint could execute arbitrary code in the Safe's own context - full control over its assets. TX: etherscan.io/tx/0x0e7680b06c… Victim (whale 0x40E9): etherscan.io/address/0x40e93… Original exploiter: etherscan.io/address/0x0dC2c… Frontrunner (yoink MEV bot): etherscan.io/address/0xfde0d… ⏱️ Real-time alerts: defimon.xyz

Local AI right now feels like PC building in the late 90s. Weird drivers. Forum fixes. Questionable optimisations. Tribal knowledge. Hardware combinations nobody officially supports. Then somebody changes three lines of code and suddenly performance jumps 40%. I absolutely love it.

Wtf is going on!!!! The most exciting and crazy thing “…at the end of the day, I finished the entire project in slightly less than a week. From zero to a complete EVM implementation that passes all spec tests and — the real validation — successfully synced Erigon with it on mainnet”

Is there some recent benchmark of the performances of Reth vs Erigon somewhere ?

What is Economic Trust, and why does Solver-Based Execution need it? As solvers shape intent-based systems, trust must go beyond code. @alexmattm introduces the first of a series on the 6 dimensions of building fair, efficient execution in this post. Link below 👇

Open-sourcing GasFlow, a system for predicting optimal ethereum priority fees. Uses a RandomForest-based ML model trained on mempool and historical gas data to estimate fees based on network conditions. Completely open-source.
