Frieren is such a well written show that we see actual real life people acting in *exactly* the same ways that the humans in the show act when it comes to demons. No matter how much more knowledgeable Frieren is, they’d rather just go “but they know language” it’s so funny.

Freiren fans just cannot comprehend that the problem people have with the way the show writes the demons is that it's contradictory and extremely flat. They're consistently shown to have emotions and moral reasoning, and yet the text simply claims they don't and moves on.

Political opinions are reflective of morality. Someone who is racist is taking a political stance technically. Sonic does not do discrimination. Right wing has always platformed and prided themselves on ideals that undermine various groups of people. If that's not you, I wouldn't align with that political position. Because identifying as right wing, I'd assume that person would agree with those ideas to some extent. Especially if it's something like ICE, I could never shake hands with anyone who supports that.
