The biggest benefits claimant in the UK. They claim an eye watering £17,500,000,000 a year. The same as 4.4m people on benefits. How? Because they claim ALL their costs, every wage, every oil rig, every tanker. Completely nationalised, but the profits are Privatised.
At what point do we stop focusing on who needs to pay more tax and start asking where all of our tax money is going.

Total profits for Private business will be about £680bn in 2026 Just 13.5% tax is paid and over 80% of it goes straight to other countries/tax havens so no more tax is paid and none of it is spent £680bn is more than the entire NHS/Welfare/Education and Justice budgets combined
Why is there no money left in the fifth largest economy on earth? Where has it gone? This is mismanagement on a grand scale.

For those who’re saying the girl pilot drowned the plane, shame on you. The main pilot a man started praying our father who art in heaven while she was still trying to stabilize the plane as it went 60 degrees across the horizon, meaning it was flying sideways. Brave and noble.

Calling Iran, one of the world's oldest civilisations, the place where the first bill of human rights was invented, an "artificial state" from a country that's younger than Cher truly reminds you how delusional Israelis are
Former Israeli military intelligence officer: “[Iran] is artificial state and what will happen with Iran is exactly what happened with the Soviet Union… its fate is to be dismantled, is to be shattered to pieces, as it should have been from the beginning.” Their goal is to destroy Iran as a nation, they don’t hide it.

The UK does not have a welfare crisis. It does, instead, have politicians who want to scapegoat the most vulnerable people in our society. Unscrupulous neoliberal politicians and commentators are our problem. Those in need are not. youtu.be/C89jDlwF1vs?si=LMYt…

The Benefits bill is not spiralling out of control. They're lying, again.
The budget has left the wealthy relatively unscathed. Neoliberals are targeting deep social security cuts. Will increase poverty & misery. This graph shows total UK welfare spending as a percentage of GDP, 2013/14 to 2030/31 (spending and forecast) lordslibrary.parliament.uk/w…

Lying cow. People claim welfare if they are in work on low pay, she knows that. Watch her barely supressed rage in her head movements and expression, why, it's almost as if she utterly hates the welfare state and working class.
Surprise surprise, Labour showed their true colours again. There were no welfare savings in the #Budget. Worse, they're trailing MORE SPENDING to deliver some fantasy savings. Reforming welfare takes grit. They have none.

Calole Malone spouting absolute lies about #disabilitybenefits, which will be fed unchallenged to the uneducated and gullible, in order to feed anger and resentment.
Carole Malone claims anyone who wants benefits just gets them! She's supposed to be a journalist, yet appears completely unaware of assessments, refusals and the appeals process. Disabled people deserve factual reporting, not lazy stereotypes and misinformation. Perhaps it's time for some better research, Carole! #CaroleMalone #DisabilityRights #PIP #DWP #BenefitClaimants

These people are all criminals and should be arrested. Their greed cost countless lives of medical staff and members of the public, as well as wasting a billion pounds of taxpayers' money.

In 1987, Patrick Stewart refused to unpack his suitcase for six straight weeks. My throat still tightens every time I read why. Every Hollywood insider told the 47-year-old British stage actor that Star Trek: The Next Generation would be a disaster. Even his closest friend, Ian McKellen, begged him not to throw away his Shakespearean career on a television gamble. Stewart kept his bags packed by the door, waiting to be fired and sent home to London. That "six-week failure" lasted 36 years. Watching him late at night here in Japan, we saw something Hollywood never expected. In Japan, we call this quiet, unbreakable spirit "Fudoshin," an immovable heart under fire. Most action heroes scream and fire weapons to look strong. Captain Picard never needed to raise his voice. Born into deep poverty in Yorkshire, terrified of a violent home, he left school at age 15 and lost all his hair by 19, convinced his life as an actor was over before it began. Yet one English teacher, Cecil Dormand, handed that frightened 12-year-old boy a copy of Shakespeare, said "Read it out loud," and secretly paid for his first drama course. Never forget what happened decades later. On the morning Queen Elizabeth II knighted him as Sir Patrick Stewart, he invited that same retired schoolteacher to sit beside him at his knighthood luncheon. No suitcase left unpacked. No rage on the bridge. Just a cup of Earl Grey tea, a tug of his uniform, and three quiet words that commanded the galaxy: "Make it so." He passed away at 86 surrounded by live music, prayer, tears, and laughter. And this December, in Avengers: Doomsday, Professor X will grace the screen one final time. A boy who thought he wouldn't last six weeks in Hollywood gave the world an eternity of nobility. From Japan, with tears and our deepest salute: Thank you, Captain. Engage. ✨🖖🇯🇵

Exactly this. So where do they expect the sick and disabled they intend to bully into work, to find jobs? One for you to ponder I think, @Helen_Whately.
Our unemployment rate is 4.7%. Anything under 5% is defined as full employment by the governments own definition. The benefits bill isn't spiralling out of control. They are creating a moral outrage over absolutely nothing. We are in a period of full employment.

What is the media obsession with welfare cuts anyway? You see it on all the news and political channels...the presenters emphasise the lying narrative of MPs and Ministers rather than challenging them on it.
Replying to @snowleopardess
The problem is there’s no one to push back other than those of us with no voices because the media push for welfare cuts is relentless. We’ll never get interviewer pointing out that money spent on welfare goes back into the economy, for example
