.@SingaporeAir awful customer service & age discrimination. Booked exit row seats for 2 passengers on flight LHR-SIN & paid nearly £500 for the seat choice in January to now be told that the passengers don’t meet the criteria for exit row. Apparently 61 & 64 is “elderly”
.@SingaporeAir we booked these flights back in January to guarantee bassinet seats for us & our baby and exit row across the aisle for the other passengers so they can support with the baby too. Customer service unhelpful. Very disappointed
