I went to @Brewers game last night. I bought my tickets a week ago… I made sure to buy tickets labeled “clear view” on @StubHub like I always do. I get my tickets couple hours before game, I go into game and realize I am sitting a row closer than what I bought.

@StubHub why wouldn’t you let me know you couldn’t get my original ticket when you guys found out? Why didn’t I have the chance as a customer to pick a different ticket and pay the difference? How is going from a clear view ticket to obstructed view an “upgrade” ?

There were other tickets available that were clear view. If I bought my ticket a week ago.. and you replace it with a ticket in the same section, 1 row closer.. it’s a very easy thing to overlook. Never using @StubHub again.
