Leadership, teamwork, perseverance, and hard work are all the skills kids get from playing sports.
This one’s about how I’m approaching my kids playing sports.

The algorithm in 2026 is unforgiving to those who are inconsistent.
Especially when you’re a smaller account trying to build.
Trust me, I have first hand experience with this.
This illustration is amazing.
It’s also a stark reminder that throughout life, a lot of people & things come and go: friends, coworkers, even jobs.
But what usually stays consistent is your spouse, your parents, and your kids.
Invest the most in the lines that run the longest with you.

First things first: treadmill for 10 minutes.
Good for the soul, the joints and the blood circulation.

33 today. One lesson for every year.
Here's two of them:
- The ingredients you put in one season of life become the meal you eat in the next.
- Gratitude is everything. To be exhausted by an ambition of your choice is a blessing.

Woke up today feeling blessed. Another year alive.
- Family is good
- Health is in check
- Parents are good
Not everyone has it like this, so I don't take it lightly and show gratitude regularly.
One day at a time.

You can't just tell your kids to do things, you have to show them and lead by example.
Caught myself thinking about that at my son's soccer practice today.
I saw a move he made and my first thought was, "I gotta tell him after he’s done practicing.”
Then I caught myself: Telling him won't click, he needs to see it.
So I'm going to practice it with him.
Do you feel like AI is happening to you or for you?
Either way, I'm curious to know why.
I lean toward "for me." Ultimately, we’re get to choose if and how we use it (at least for now).
My whole afternoon got away from me.
Crazy how you can have a plan, one thing goes left, and the rest of your day goes left with it.

The Adduction Machine is probably a TOP 3 machine in the gym that men don't use BUT SHOULD.
Here’s some of the benefits:
- More complete leg development
- Improved leg stability, which helps balance/coordination
- Stronger squats and leg lifts overall

Just experienced this the other day.
I got a message I was pretty irritated about, but instead of firing off my initial thoughts, I decided to let it simmer and cook.
Then I landed on talking to this person about the message next time I see them.
Can't imagine the disaster if I'd sent the first thing that came to mind.
It’s okay to sit on a message until your mind is in the right place before responding.
