I'm not angry with you, just disappointed. 72 hours into Twitter, I can confirm educational standards have fallen to unprecedented lows. Bring on the flood.

brashandmitchell.com/post/gr… "The very mention of “whānau” is meant to wash away a myriad of gang sins. Yet the view that that we should hate the sin while loving the sinner only goes so far when the sins include meth dealing, intimidation, bloody violence, sexual abuse and rape. In fact, it has been estimated that gang members — who make up a quarter of one per cent of New Zealand’s adult population — are linked to 18 per cent of all serious violent crime, 19 per cent of all homicides, 23 per cent of all firearms offences, 25 per cent of all kidnapping and abductions, and 25 per cent of all the crime harm caused by illicit drug offences. Their appalling treatment of women is no secret."

Voting place opening hours at this election will be the third-highest of any NZ election ever, even with Labour Day's limited hours. Voting should also be smoother this year, with no enrolments while voting. Note that 2020 had special Covid measures and two extra days of voting.
I always vote on the first day. Today is the first day of voting so I went to the Wainuiomata advance voting place at the hall. It is closed. A disgrace. Along with early roll closing it is looking like the voter suppression you expect from Trump or Hungary not here in Aotearoa.

#breaking Police are still seeking your help to identify an alleged offender described as....ummm.... "an alleged offender who fled the scene" 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Thankfully, "the incident was isolated and that there were no public safety concerns" rnz.co.nz/news/crime-and-jus…

Chris Hipkins wants you to imagine his "first week as Prime Minister.” Kiwis don't have to imagine. We lived through 44 of them. Prices through the roof, an economy going backwards, and promises that never arrived. We've seen this movie before. It doesn't need a sequel. Voting is now open. Party Vote National to stick to the plan that’s working and to avoid Labour and their mates’ 9 new taxes.

Far-left commentator posting about health system failures that occurred under Labour is something of an own goal.
'The HDC found that individual staff carried some responsibility, but overall Health NZ failed to ensure timely assessment and diagnosis.' Our Health system has been dismantled in favor of privatisation by this coalition. So many preventable deaths and suffering.

2023 was 94.7%. 2020 was 94.1%. 2017 was same as this year 92.4. The focus on enrolment is deliberate and distracts from the issues the left want to move on from after the past couple of weeks. Tell the Chicken Littles to give it a rest.
