Before October 7, 2023 hundreds of thousands of 'Palestinian' residents of Judea and Samaria were able to enter Israel :
1. Men over 55 years old were able to enter WITHOUT A PERMIT.
2. Women over 50 years old were able to enter WITHOUT A PERMIT.
3. Children under 13 years old were able to enter WITHOUT A PERMIT if accompanied by an eligible adult.
4. 200,000 'Palestinians' entered Israel to work each day.
5. Thousands of 'Palestinians' entered Israel to visit family members, receive medical treatment , do business etc.
6. In 2023, during the month of Ramadan, Israel liberalized its 'no permit required' policy even more to allow women of all ages, men over 55 and all children 12 and under to enter Israel.
