Trooper Matt Dunne was sitting in the rear of Billy Farwell's truck as Sgt John Fucker Fanning said "there is no suspect" for the Sandra Birchmore case - essentially providing truth to those of us who have stated for YEARS that the Norfolk County CPAC unit would investigate crimes based off of their own feelings.
Fanning would go on to say that he was getting a lot of calls about this case, that he did not care about Billy's sex life and that they needed this investigation like a "bullet in the fucking head".
This very CPAC unit would come to an almost immediate conclusion that Sandra ended her own life and would even tell this to her family and other witnesses within days of her death.
We saw almost the exact same thing in the John O'Keefe case. Perhaps that's the reason why Leah Foley appears in the courtroom for specific testimonies...

William Farwell went AWOL for 5 months during wartime. While American men and women were dying in Iraq and Afghanistan, Billy ran away.
How was such a coward hired by the @StoughtonPD being given a gun and a badge?
How did he also later get hired by the TSA and Dept of Energy? DOE is one of the hardest clearances to get. This dude was under IA investigation for having sex with his twin’s grooming victim while on duty and is a deserter. And craziest of all, how was he able to get back into the military in the NG? I guess they’ll take fucking anybody.

John Fanning and Yuri Bukhenik knew the Farwells for much longer than Sandra Birchmore was alive. They grew up together, in the same town, same schools, same Police Dept; yet we are being told there is no evidence of friendliness. Matthew Farwell is charged with murdering Sandra Birchmore. John Fanning called her death a suicide and never treated someone he grew up with as a suspect. CPAC, which had at least two detectives that had known the killer for nearly their entire lives, was tasked with the investigation into how Sandra died. They never recorded an interview with Matt. They never sought a warrant for his DNA or phone data. They withheld information from the ME. They ignored pleas from family and LE. They waited till Farwell’s sperm deteriorated before asking for SA swabs. They waited till her body was washed before they asked for fingernail swabs. They offered to keep Billy’s name out of it. They stand by their investigation to this day. Matt’s not gonna catch any shit. He’s a cop too.
Sounds like they were pretty friendly to me. How about you?

SANDRA BIRCHMORE: BETRAYED IN LIFE. DEVALUED IN DEATH. The medical examiner's testimony in the federal murder trial of Matthew Farwell is nothing short of staggering.
What we are witnessing is not simply a series of investigative shortcomings. It is an extraordinary indictment of the institutions entrusted with investigating Sandra's death, including the Massachusetts Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
Before issuing the May 6, 2021 ruling concerning Sandra Birchmore's death, the medical examiner acknowledged among other things, having no DNA evidence whatsoever. No information about DNA on Sandra's underwear. None concerning the ligature. Nothing. A trove of missed evidence resulted in Capó Martínez often testifying she was blind to any evidence pointing to a potential homicide or suspicious death.
Sandra Birchmore was sexually exploited in life. And in death, she was further exploited by the very institutions and investigators whose solemn obligation was to investigate her death with diligence, independence, and an unwavering commitment to the truth.
This is an absolute, unmitigated travesty. A grotesque distortion of what the Massachusetts criminal justice system is supposed to represent.
The failures exposed in the courtroom before federal investigators intervened demand accountability at every level.
Sandra was not merely a body to be examined, a case to be closed, or an inconvenient death to be explained away for the protection of others. She was a human being whose life had value, whose death demanded answers, and whose dignity deserved protection.
Instead, the testimony is exposing a system that treated her death with a level of indifference that should outrage every person who believes in justice.
Sandra Birchmore deserved justice in life. She deserved a thorough and impartial investigation in death. The Commonwealth failed her in both. It's indefensible.

This is a very common propoganda point made by Judith McCabe's @forensicroom group. Mistakes don't mean something nefarious. Well, Mama, I'll ask you this: Do you ever wonder why ALL the mistakes go in one direction? Do you ever wonder why ALL the mistakes occur during the investigations of fellow LEO?
Look at the Brian Walshe investigation. No inverted videos, video actually exists, no cellebrite flubups, no trouble at all. Just a great investigation that resulted in a conviction. Also, there were no LEO implicated. That's an important note.
Same LEO group investigating Karen Read, absolutely sh*T the bed. Missing video, cellebrite flubbed hard, inverted video, no recorded statements....the list goes on and on.
Sandra Birchmore. LEO involved. No recorded statements, evidence ignored, The entire case revolved around "look the other way and protect the blue line." Until the FEDS got involved.
So Mama, put your crazy in your pocket for 1 minute. Lose your hatred for me for 1 minute. And I'll ask you this: Do you believe Sandra unalived herself OR do you believe Farwell unalived her? Because you can't have it both ways.
