Green skills training for youth has officially launched in Kitgum District! With support from @UNDPUganda and @EUinUG, @G4ClimateAction is empowering young communities, composed of 70% young women and girls and 30% men with vital climate action knowledge and green initiative skills. Day one is already underway as these young leaders dive into Session One: Climate Science to learn, unlearn, and protect our environment. 🇺🇬✨

Defenders need to follow the money. Lynnet a representative from the ministry of finance taking the defenders through budgeting and how the process happens, how finance flows from national to district level. Because tracking financial commitments is key.

We continue to engage women and girls in flood prone areas in Mbale district to build their resilience to food insecurity. 240 women have been trained in this phase - women CAN!. They do not only grow food together, they also save money together.
