"A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its opponents and making them see the light, but rather because its opponents eventually die, and a new generation grows up that is familiar with it." ~ Max Planck (Father of Quantum Mechanics)

Pauline Hanson incoherently demands her claim that 94% of multicultural grants went to Labor seats be validated—then completely self-destructs when asked for a source. Watt: “I’m not sure where those figures came from. Have you calculated that yourself?” 🤣 Trainwreck.

Hanson "what is inflationary is the amount of money they're putting into the, er, into our, um ... economics". Voters, our aspirational PM, trying to put a coherent sentence together.
The government need to stop putting so much money into our economics!

Trump admitted he blocked energy funding to punish blue states he lost in 2024, including $586 million for Illinois. Courts ruled it illegal. He's still blocking the money. Bipartisan permitting reform won't work if Trump ignores the law. He must reinstate the grants first.

BREAKING: Neil Young has just sued Trump for playing "Rockin' in the Free World" at his rally in Ohio. The lawsuit states: “In short, the Song is the opposite of everything that Donald J. Trump stands for.” Thank you Mr. Young!

I feel more people should be discussing Pauline Hanson suing over a satirical song about her back in 1997 and 2003. @PPantsdown (Simon Hunt) released a song, 'I'm A Backdoor Man' that arranged Hanson soundbites to have her saying . . . 'I'm very proud that I'm not natural. I'm a backdoor man for the Ku Klux Klan' and 'I'm a very caring potato', among other words of wisdom. Interestingly, Hanson's so-called support of satire escaped her and through her lawyers, she lodged defamation proceedings in the QLD courts, arguing the satire was injurious and defamatory and the lyrics and audio imputations falsely portrayed her as: • a homosexual, a transvestite/man, or a prostitute • engaging in unnatural sexual practices or pedophilia • associating with the Ku Klux Klan • being a subhuman or a "caring potato" (please try to read that with a straight face) The proceedings resulted in the granting of an injunction in Pauline Hanson's favour restraining the continued publication of the satirical material. After remaining legally dormant for roughly five years, Hanson reactivated the existing defamation case in the Supreme Court of Queensland in mid-2003. Legal analysts and media noted that Hanson revived the lawsuit specifically around the same time she was facing high-profile criminal charges and prison time for electoral fraud. Anywhoo, it seems Pauline Hanson and her team of bald men are very happy to cruelly and sadistically mock others, especially women with disabilities, but when it comes to mocking Pauline, that so-called sense of humour suddenly vaporises. .

Ah, the virtues of Australia’s compulsory voting. The sensible middle, mostly people interested in other things such as raising their families or going fishing, get to choose.
In one day, two politicians - Bolsonaro in Brazil and Vucic in Serbia - with ties to Trump and his family have lost surprise elections, thanks to high turnout. The rise of the international far-right is not inevitable.

Hey @Grok, concise, no spin. Who has spent more money trying to influence U.S. elections: George Soros over the course of his entire life? OR Elon Musk in the last two years? Start with WHO.
