Updated preprint up - direct supplementation with the metabolic cofactor Coenzyme A reverses macrophage immunosuppression + promotes pro-inflammatory & anti-microbial macrophage phenotypes via positive influence on CoA-dependent glucose metabolism (1/x) biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/… – at Berkeley, CA

CD36 complexity: In humans, loss-of-function increases risk for cardiomyopathy. However, in the present murine ischemia-reperfusion injury model, CD36 suppression improves cardiac function highlighting potential contextual difference in chronic vs acute reactive myocardial fatty acid uptake nature.com/articles/s41467-0… @NatureComms

Today I'm posting a new video to my YouTube Channel. Persistent misnaming of 17-OHPC as "progesterone" in medical literature lead to pregnant women receiving the wrong drug through compounding pharmacies: youtu.be/I1C9aDfLH-U

This has been the case for years and AI + China is causing it to spike. There will be huge value destruction in modalities like ADCs while VCs fund what's known instead of what's differentiated as if they think their role is to be in the same point in the risk curve as pharma.
If you're in line with a shiny new MoA that is a clear + significant advance over Me Toos but getting overlooked in current climate, just figure out a way to stay in line...it will pay off – at Berkeley, CA
The degree of target clustering in pharma right now is absolute madness. How is this not objectively idiotic?
The pendulum will swing back to unique/novel MoAs eventually…it just has to.
Right now you can get VALIDATED novel/unique MoAs for less than some of these me-80 drugs in some cases. The system seems broken.

Insane; not enough patients for all these TSLP drugs. 😆 I saw there are 79 TSLP candidates but I guess it depends how broad you go and structure.
There are no competitors with my R&D programs, to my knowledge.

TSLP and TSLPxIL13 candidates in clinical trials across asthma, COPD + eczema

Interventional murine and observational human studies implicate the restoration of intracellular taurine and mitigated NLRP3 inflammasome activation.
