Losing to Madrid is bad enough, but the performance yesterday was genuinely shameful.
Yamal was out of the game and we need to stop hiding behind the โheโs only 19โ excuse. Heโs 19, yes, but heโs also one of our best players. Cucurella fouled him repeatedly without even seeing a yellow, but Yamal still had chances he should have done better with.
Raphinha scored, but his decision-making was awful. Gordon was even worse, constantly killing attacks with unnecessary moves and backwards passes.
The midfield couldnโt keep the ball, the defence made ridiculous mistakes, and the first goal was a complete gift.
Both the players and the coach have to take responsibility. PSG was the same story. Yesterday was another reminder that we have serious problems to fix.
This wasnโt just a loss. That performance was unacceptable. ๐โค๏ธ
