It’s not enough to be good—you’ve got to strive for greatness.
Talent is something you’re born with, but what you do with it is up to you.
You can’t teach talent, but you can waste it.
Good doesn’t win.
Greatness does.

Gold from Saban. Leadership 101.
Transformational > Transactional.
In my opinion, in this NIL era, it matters more than ever.

Tom Brady said, "To be great at something, you don't need to be special. You just need to be what most people aren't - Consistent. Determined. Willing to work for it. No shortcuts."
What is the secret to success?
It is not rocket science.
1. Consistency
2. Persistence
3. Determination
4. A Willingness to Work
This is how excellence separates itself.

You trained all summer and nailed the proper work. And now you have a target on your back. Get over it, get used to it, and accept the responsibility of being a Champion. Walk like one, talk like one, and become one. #TOD
