NEW: ICE sources confirm to @FoxNews that they've arrested two more illegal aliens in the state of Ohio who have allegedly illegally been using federal SNAP benefits. They include FATOUMATA NIANG, a Mauritanian illegal alien who has had a final deportation order since 8/1/2006 and entered the country illegally as a gotaway. ICE arrested her in Cleveland, OH.
Also arrested was MAXIME PHARILIEN, a Haitian illegal alien w/ a final deportation order since March 2023 who was previously caught and released at the border in El Paso, TX by the Biden administration in May 2021. ICE arrested by ICE in Westerville, OH. He has also held permanent residency status in both Brazil and Mexico before illegally entering the US.

I talked to @60Minutes for nearly an hour. In our conversation, we talked about the vicious killers and rapists we are removing to third countries and the fact that no President before President Trump removed these public safety threats from our community. False. ICE doesn’t need a judicial warrant to make an immigration arrest. They never have. Supremacy Clause. Doesn’t matter what laws Oregon & other states pass to try to put rules on ICE. They’ve all been slapped down by federal courts.
Before Trump was sworn in, I brought statewide and legislative leaders together to prepare for what was coming. I also required all state employees to train on our sanctuary law, so if a federal agent walks into a state office, they know their role.
And in Oregon, ICE needs judicial warrants. Your governor should know that.

Big win in the Fifth Circuit on mandatory detention for illegal aliens, a principle codified in 1996 legislation but ignored by the deep state for decades.
BREAKING: The 5th Circuit has ruled that ICE detainees with pending immigration proceedings have no constitutional right to a bond hearing, regardless of the length of their detention.
The en banc ruling appears to be 10-7.
