Poms are here and looking spectacular! Pomegranates have arrived early this season and they’re bursting with plump, juicy arils. Use these little jewels as a garnish for salads, add them to yogurt or simply pop them in your mouth and enjoy the sweet nectar and satisfying crunch.
Everyone seems to be talking cauliflower and why not? Supply is plentiful and the heads are big, snowy, heavy and beautiful. We sliced ours into steaks and roasted them for a simple but tasty presentation.
