I lived outside Iowa for about 15 years and voted by absentee ballot many times before moving back.
The problem isn't having a ballot mailed to another state. The problem is, @ZachLahn has repeatedly said he moved to Iowa in 2023, then had his ballot mailed to Kansas in 2024.
