Today in actual emails to my DC-area neighborhood listserve:
Need Mar-a- Lago lips for Halloween?
Four tubes of liquid matte lipstick on the porch
(Be sure you have some quality makeup remover on hand before you apply it.)
Might also work as auto touch-up paint.
LSU won a national title was there and I never saw the field get rushed. The only time I’ve witnessed a field rush with my own eyes was when Maryland upset Southern California but since I’m married to an SC grad, we were leaving the stadium at that point.
For Hispanic Heritage Month, I gave a presentation to my first grader’s class on Tejano music. When I showed them a Selena music video, one child shouted “that’s AI!”
No kid, that’s what the 90s looked like. All real.

I don’t think you have a dog in this fight but if you did you would have shot it.
I’ll take @ellalangleymsic over Kacey Musgraves any day.
And if I’m choosin’ Texas, I’ll take Ken Paxton over James Talarico.

Hello.
My company laid off everyone in my division two months ago and I am still looking for a job.
I've been in sales for 7+ years, most recently as a Director of Partnerships.
I'm open to anything that allows me be creative and build relationships.
Are any of you hiring?
Juvenile singing Slow Motion in a halftime show in the Superdome has transported me back to high school in New Orleans but also made me feel really old.

The @astros: here are some post season phone wallpapers
Me: omg how do I chooooose??!??
There’s something in the water and it’s probably just giving the rest of us cancer.

When Jose Altuve takes the field on Tuesday, he will have played in more postseason games then the Mets franchise.
Who approved this copy, ABC?
The announcer for @LSUfootball game: “they’ve closed up the tailgates…”
Uhm. No sir. They don’t close the tailgates. Where would all the people who don’t fit into the stadium go??
Every time I see a Democratic activist type saying Peltola should apologize, I shake my head because they are basically telling everyone they have no idea where the Democratic electorate is. I see so many Washington-types demonstrating on here they just don't get it, still.
Democratic voters keep trying to tell their party leadership they want fighters. It's why you've got Talarico and Al-Sayed. Its the most consistent thread in Democratic primaries: They want someone who will fight, from whatever wing of the party.
