Today, a group of dancers who have a range of disabilities (Deaf, visually impaired, learning disability and/or physical disability) and non-disabled all danced some of @SirMattBourne repertoire together.
I had to take a moment to just take in what was achieved today. Inclusion.
Sometimes you need to take time and reflect on what is truly important. I'm tired and haven't been taking care of myself recently. Completely over worked to the point where I'm at a stage of crumbling. A few people know I struggle quite bad with my mental health.
Maybe a stronger person can deliver the things I have only dreamed of 💜.
Thank you to those that have supported me im so appreciative and im sorry if I have let you down.
All my efforts go into trying to help but I don't help or look after myself.
People will make their own decisions on me and my lively hood which was my purpose and passion which is slowly and sadly dwindling away. For that I'm truly sorry I can't fight this fight anymore.
I'm neurodiverse and RSD is real. I struggle daily to be organised and to keep my life together more than appears publicly. I mask very well to hide my emotions but in truth I can't do it anymore. I look at my lifes quality and currently there is none.
