Expected, but also disappointing. Not sure why they mention it in the first place to switch up a week or two later

Whilst it's sad Exeter/Winc have lost their fixtures, I don't see need for the uproar You've gotta reward those tracks that are raceable. Exactly what has happened here. It's logical (surprisingly so from those in charge) It was always going to be a tricky Autumn, just chill

Rescheduling them for 2/3 months time only ruins other races and other tracks big day by diluting them both down into little pathetic unnecessary races

Lets be honest you're not travelling far and beyond for his races any more. His level has been pretty much found out now... Southwell or Kempton's AW 1m3f/1m4f Listed races are far more sensible. Both winnable if good enough

'I'm Thunderstruck went BOOM over the top! I'm Thunderstruck got up to win the Golden Eagle!' 💥 It was 2021 and Hugh Bowman was on board for Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr. That final 100M charge is still unreal.

I'm Thunderstuck charges home to win the Golden Eagle

Early look ahead to the 2027 flat for planning. These are the G1 racedays I've NOT(!) yet done. Goodwood worth a 4h+ each way drive? Not been Sandown in 10 years. Newbury is tricky timing just after the Dante. Where to start?

ENTRUST and mum ENABLE It is absolutely brillant to see that ENTRUST won on his debut. His mum was an absolute favourite of mine. I loved cheering her. Made my day. Photo courtesy of Juddmonte Farms.

Racing jurisdictions, led by New Zealand, will use a key Asian Pattern Committee meeting in February next year to argue that changes need to be made to the way Group 1s are rated to protect their status as the country faces a brutal cull of its elite races. Full Story: thestraight.com.au/new-zeala…

🚨 OMBUDSMAN will NOT run in @BreedersCup per John Gosden, who feels on reflection that the quick turnaround would "not be fair." The Japan Cup remains under consideration.
