Burrow is off to the best start of his career PFF grade wise (h/t to @JoeGoodberry for calling this out a couple of weeks back) when he’s normally a slow starter. Now hits the stretch where he’s at his best with a favourable schedule. I think he’s going to be the MVP.
Oh my goodness the Bengals' remaining schedule

The reaction to this in real time was insane but I can't believe that there are still people that think the Ravens should have kicked the FG this morning. They were not in any circumstance winning that game by kicking the FG.
They lost 35-13 and Joe Burrow led 5-straight TD drives. Going for it was ABSOLUTELY THE RIGHT call by Jesse Minter lol.

Knew what play this would be before it started running. First time I've seen a defensive player overcut a route 😂
How is this Not an INT

The only QB who has had their best game of the season against the Ravens defense this season has been Joe Burrow.
The ravens defence have made every QB/WR have their best performance. It’s not just this year too. Last 3 years every QB irrespective of talent levels is looking great. Thats what happens to bad defences

Plenty of questions for the Ravens’ D yeah but there’s also an element of the fact that they went up against a QB playing at an MVP level who just tore them apart in the 2H. Tackle better and they might have lost by 10 not 22. They weren’t winning that game with 13/16 points.

And there have been some absolute classics when they have both played. Sucks that there’s a strong chance we don’t get it this week
Since Joe Burrow entered the league, the Bengals and Ravens have played each other 13 times. In 8 of those games, Joe and Lamar Jackson played and finished the game. In 5 other games, one of them got hurt or missed the game entirely and we're on the verge of it being 6 games.

I'm a big fan of teams having a player cross the long snapper late (after he's dipped his head down) if you're trying to block a punt

Lamar Jackson's status is obviously the key thing for Ravens-Bengals this week, but the most important matchup for me is the interior OL vs. Dexter Lawrence. Have felt since they traded for him that he is good enough to wreck any Ravens gameplan against this interior.

Simpson-Jurgens-Ioane would be their best interior grouping of the year, but Lawrence is still a massive, massive threat.

With both Trey Hendrickson and Mike Green on the field this season: Hendrickson: 24.2% pressure rate Green: 6.3% pressure rate Ravens Defense: 50.0% pressure rate

It's less than 40 snaps though, so small sample caveat applies

The David Walker breakout is no fluke at this point after beating both Steelers tackles for a sack yesterday. He leads the entire NFL in pass-rush win-rate per @PFF (26.3%)

The only time the Browns offense got the ball inside the Ravens' 20 yard line was on the drive after Henry fumbled. Backbreaking play.
Obviously, a lot goes into it, but when Derrick Henry has lost a fumble in a game, the Ravens lose. He's lost 5 fumbles in 39 regular season games w/Balt. The Ravens are 0-5 in those games, all 5 were one-score losses. Average margin of defeat in those losses is 3.6 points.

Believing in Daniel Jones enough to trade two first round picks for an elite CB got a GM fired? Hard to believe.

3rd-and-4 on the Browns game-tying TD drive. First thought: Madubuike was *this close🤏* (might have even got a slight touch on it but just not enough.

Second thought: Line to gain is the 35. As soon as this ball leaves Watson's hand they either need Madubuike to get to the ball, or they need Concepcion to drop the pass. Anything else and it's a third down conversion.
