£10bn for Ukraine - while British patients wait a year+ for NHS treatment, roads resemble the surface of the Moon and pensioners choose between heating and eating.
Standing with Ukraine is one thing. Standing on the British public while you do it is another. Priorities, Ed.

Can anyone please explain to me why the Chancellor paying £100 into my bank account to help me pay my energy bill - which I can easily afford and will be rising by far more than that sum anyway - is going to help the economy or deliver growth in every postcode?
This is insane fiddling while the economy burns.

Who's the biggest gainer from today's budget.
NHS?
Workers?
Disabled?
Pensioners?
NO, another 10 BILLION to this grifter. 👇

What sort of country gives loads of its people's money to other countries, then pleads poverty to its people and taxes them into oblivion?

I cannot believe I came to Parliament to have to point out that we should NEVER use experimental/irreversible drugs *in trials on children under 13* which halt their puberty.
But I will because I need to be able to sleep at night.

BREAKING: after Healey’s Budget today, MoD spending will be £1bn per year lower than in the Defence Investment Plan he resigned over👇
Big row potentially brewing on defence…
Tories alleging that Healey - the man of principle who quit over DIP - might actually be *cutting* defence spending
In the next two financial years, the budget for the MOD will be £1bn a year less than Rachel Reeves planned when the DIP was published in June.
The total departmental spending can be calculated from the Budget Red Book pages 145-147. When compared to the DIP settlement, the Tories claim it shows that Labour are cutting £1bn a year from the MOD budget for the next two years.
Why? It appears that they are forecast to spend less than expected on pensions. Rather than the MOD being allowed to reuse this Resource Department Expenditure Limit, the Treasury has kept it
Cartlidge: “This is a complete dereliction of duty from the Chancellor”

Now we can see the OBR and HMT Red book. The MOD faces a real term CUT to day to day spending of nearly 0.5% (RDEL) in 27/28. That’s money we spend on training, ammunition, maintenance and operations. So the Chancellors son in the Reserves will have even less training and ammo.

If that really was a Budget to pave the way for an early general election, and voters choose to keep this Government in office, then I'm afraid the British people will deserve everything they get.

What’s cool about surrogacy is that if the child is born handicapped you can just leave it in an orphanage because you’ve no real connection to the thing and the companies that do surrogacy work all that into the contract. Everybody wins.

Have to say I'd also feel harassed as a member of staff if this man was wearing these prosthetic breasts in my workplace. Appalling.

The electorate aren’t goldfish. Our memories are long enough to recall June 2024, when you declared that trans-identified men with penises should be able to use women’s public bathrooms. It took a Supreme Court ruling to force you to uphold women’s rights, and now you pose as our bold champion? Please.
The time for talk has long passed. This government is putting its money where its mouth is when it comes to supporting women and girls.
We'll back practical action to confine misogyny to the history books - in public services, workplaces, and online.

This Oxford lecturer straps his porn to himself, and in wearing it in plain sight, he gets to pretend it's a "noble suit of identity."
And the genderists nod & applaud his bravery ignoring the harm being done to young women to whom they have a duty of care.
