Zack Polanski providing some necessary education to Labourβs genocide apologists, who would sooner stop your bins being collected than admit an ideology that is ideologically and materially racist, and has resulted in a genocide might, in fact, be racist.

Gent in purple, "State pensioners who have contributed their whole lives are on a lot less than minimum wage"
"I'm very lucky to have a small German pension, and believe me, it's a lot more than what we pay in this country"
"Most of western Europe their pensions are much higher than the state pension in this country"
"I'm lucky I get a pension from the military"
"But people on the basic state pension, I reall feel sorry for them"
My view:
The full new State Pension is roughly Β£12,548 a year.
Someone working 37.5 hours a week on the Β£12.71 minimum wage earns about Β£24,785 before tax.
That puts the full new State Pension at barely half a full-time minimum-wage salary.
Government figures show that 12% of pensioner families received their income entirely from the State Pension and other state benefits in 2024/25.
That same year, around 1.7 million pensioners β one in seven β were living in relative poverty after housing costs.
A better pension means being able to heat your home, eat properly and see friends without calculating what youβll have to go without afterwards.
It also means money spent in the communities where pensioners live.
After a lifetime of working, caring and contributing, financial security should be something people can expect.

British media is surely amongst the most dangerously irresponsible in the world.
Peter Hitchens @ClarkeMicah seems to believe, for some inexplicable reason, that he knows more about the causes of climate change than scientists from NASA, Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Yale, etc.
Why donβt you go head to head on a podcast with a British scientist, such as @KevinClimate or @ProfBillMcGuire or Prof Tim Lenton , Hitchens? Too much of a coward?

βBeing Jewish and being a Zionist are two different things.β
@ZackPolanski was furious when responding to a motion tabled by the Tories in the London Assembly that βstrongly condemnsβ the motion passed at Green party conference declaring that Zionism is racism.
The Green leader and London Assembly member explained the historical basis by which Zionism can be said to be a colonial project, and asked how it can be that those calling out a genocide can be decried as racist, but those committing the genocide literally get away with murder.

Theyβre talking about Rice Crispies not being made of rice anymore on @gmb (because unusual weather has damaged crops) framing it as of dietary interest, no mention of climate change, no mention of the fact that many crops are struggling around the world with prices rising, and scientists telling us the food supply is at risk if we donβt stop the planet overheating.

We live in a bizarre world where a Labour government enacts laws that force universities to host far right racists β but stops young people from advancing legitimate criticisms of a country engaged in genocide.
We believe students and teachers must be free to debate, question and criticise the actions of the Israeli government, so we're preparing a legal case against this government's new antisemitism guidance.
