Audi's new $4B plant in Georgia is mostly an indictment on trying to build in Germany, where VW is laying off tens of thousands.
Punishing taxes and rigid labor rules are making it impossible to build in a lot of Europe.

It's a worthy policy discussion to have - the games played between hospitals and health benefit administrators are part of the health care problem.
