Stephen Jackson says he committed to Arizona with Mike Bibby as part of the nation’s No. 1 recruiting class in 1996, but failed a college entrance exam because he didn’t realize the proctor was there to help him with the answers
“Arizona set me up. We had the number one recruiting class, me and Mike Bibby, Eugene Edgerson. I'm on campus the first semester. Where I'm from, I'm not used to people helping me with nothing. They set me up to take the test in a house on campus”
“I go in the house. It's a dude right there. He gave me the test. He's like, ‘You can start now.’ I'm like, ‘What do they think is going to be different from the other 20 times I took this test?’ The test is at 8am. I just got back to my dorm by 630am. So I'm just like ABCADABA”
“I hand him the test. He's like, ‘I'm surprised you didn't ask me nothing.’ They set it up for me to sit there and take the test with a tutor so I could ask him the questions and pass. But me just coming from the hood, not expecting people to help me, I ain't thinking that dude was there to help me. I'm thinking he’s there to police me. To make sure I don't cheat”
“They put the motherfucker there to help me, and I ain't know it. I'm still high from the club and I'm not even thinking that they set this shit up for the dude to help me pass... Where I’m from ain't nobody white just giving you answers to nothing”

When Marvin Gaye married Berry Gordy’s sister Anna in 1963, the couple intended to raise a family. The problem, however, was Anna’s age — she was already in her forties at the time and unable to conceive a child. Gaye did not want to just adopt a kid, it was important for him to feel a biological connection to the child.
So Anna Gordy suggested they get another girl to birth the child for them. She then mentioned she had a fifteen-year-old niece, Denise Gordy. If Marvin impregnates her, the child will have a biological connection to both Anna as well as Marvin. So it was decided — I suppose Denise’s feelings mattered little.
Marvin Gaye and his wife groomed her teenage niece; he impregnated her, and when she was sixteen, she gave birth to his first son, Marvin Gaye III. The couple subsequently legally adopted the child and kept his true parentage from him.
And Marvin Gaye got away with it. He continued to to enjoy his fame for another decade or so until his own father murdered him inside their family home.
How did she get into Michigan lmao. OSU fans might be right
A tale of two friends.
One will vote for anyone but Abdul El-Sayed simply because he's a Muslim. She's has no reason other than his religion.
The friend will vote for El-Sayed because she wants to see reproductive rights safeguarded, abortion rights protected, and wants to live in a country where everyone no matter their religion feel safe.
I don't understand where El-Sayed's hatred comes from. All he wants to do is pass Medicare for all, get money out politics and get money in your pockets.
Heated lol
Things seem to have gotten a little heated from Lincoln Riley walking off the field after upsetting the #Buckeyes, 30-18.

Woulda been down at the precinct like this
Eleven years before Michael Jordan, Nike gave NBA star Spencer Haywood 10% of the company.
While Haywood was on a road trip, his agent sold the whole 10% stake for $100,000 in cash—just to collect his $10,000 fee.
In the video below, Haywood is asked if he is still friends with the man who sold it. His answer: "Yes."
In 1973, Haywood was 24 and averaging 29 points a game in Seattle. Phil Knight came to him and asked him to wear his new shoe.
Knight didn't have the cash to match Converse. So he offered Haywood stock instead.
"First of all, I was young, too, and I'm thinking: livestock? What are you talking about? Stocks," Haywood says.
Haywood took the stock.
His agent had a problem. An agent gets 10%. Ten percent of stock in a tiny shoe company couldn't pay his bills. Ten percent of $100,000 in cash was $10,000 in his pocket right away.
So the agent kept telling Haywood the shoe would never work. At the time, Nike only made running shoes for Steve Prefontaine. When Haywood ran down the court, defenders stepped on his heel and popped the shoe right off his foot.
Before leaving for a road trip, Haywood gave in.
"I said, 'Okay, man, I give you the power of attorney. Let me just go play. I got to really focus on this game now because this is my chance.'"
When Haywood came back, the stock was gone.
"He had sold that sh*t," Haywood says. "He said, 'Man, I got the cash right here — 100,000.'"
Matt Barnes asks him what that 10% of Nike would be worth.
"It was up around 2.7 billion," Haywood says. "Years ago." At Nike's peak, 10% was worth over $8.6 billion.
The case for the agent: in 1973, Nike was a tiny Oregon running-shoe company, and the shoes literally fell off Haywood's feet during games.
Could you stay friends with a man who cost you $2.7 billion?
