(shameless plug) @Workhuman cloud products are now free for a year. Keep employees connected with recognition and life event celebrations, and teams focussed with continuous feedback. Highlighting positivity has really helped me during this. bit.ly/2VFVzOO #HROSchat

A4. Pre-pandemic standard operating procedures are gone for good. Even if you *say* things are back to normal, we all have the shared trauma of knowing we don’t have a way to cure/contain COVID-19. It would be inhumane to operate without that in your mind. #HROSchat – at Baltimore, MD

I agree - I'm hoping that one thing that comes of this is that traditional leaders will realize great work (maybe even better work?) can be done from anywhere. #HROSchat

A2: I calculate the resumption of normal business would be only by end of June. Personal Hygiene & safety would be more impressive. Office space need to be redesigned and work from home encouraged. #HROSChat
Q2: What’s the timeline for “re-opening” in your locale? What are you doing now (HR and company) to prepare? #HROSchat

I've been hearing about some doing "interesting" things to keep open spaces safe -- like plexiglass between desks or taller cubicles. #HROSchat

A3: So Many. 1. How do you balance the frustration of hourly workers who were forced to work onsite vs salaried workers who got to be remote? 2. How do you re-open effectively, yet responsibly? 3. How do you manage anxieties? #HROSchat

A3: Biggest challenge is ensuring employees believe it is a safe environment. We will rearrange some spaces to ensure social distancing, have PPE available and increase cleaning protocols. #HROSChat

A3. My biggest questions are structural. What will physical spaces need to look like in order to facilitate safety instead of spread. #HROSchat

A2. Our offices probably have another 2-4 weeks before they'll open; however, our clients across the US are on different schedules. We're focused on health and safety standards first. We're all about that BASE line of protection #HROSchat

A2 Our CEO is on the cautious side which I think is great. As demand picks back up, our manufacturing staff will start to go back in staggered shifts w/ increased cleaning protocols. Corp HQ is still slated to WFH for the foreseeable future #HROSchat
