This is the perfect book to see the cat’s side of things when coming into a new home. Kitty can still smell the scent of the cat that lived there before her. A surprise ending that I didn’t see coming!🙀

Kitty is a replacement cat trying to escape the shadow of the former cat, but is it a shadow? Ghosts don’t always like to be forgotten and Licorice is not going to go quietly. This a good choice for cat loving Ts and Ss 3rd and up #bookposse @NetGalley #karalarue

I am a big fan of #LaurieMorrison and have been waiting for this one—an epistolary novel, 21st century style, for upper middle grade. And there’s soccer. Kids will love it! @ABRAMSbooks #BookPosse

We are a few months into school & #classroombookaday Why not put students into groups& play BINGO with some of the titles you’ve read so far? Teacher gives facts/clues from the books &students work together to remember which title it came from! FUN! 📚💚@GreeceCentral #BookPosse
