ÚLTIMA HORA | El presidente del Tribunal Superior Electoral de Brasil, el juez Kassio Nunes Marques, acaba de lanzar una advertencia demoledora:
No existía absolutamente ninguna regla que permitiera extender la votación dos horas. Fue una orden sin precedentes de un magistrado del Supremo aliado de Lula, que terminó beneficiando a sus regiones.
La decisión preliminar, dictada después del cierre de las urnas, generó graves dificultades en el proceso electoral. “No había regulaciones que autorizaran ninguna extensión”, afirmó Nunes Marques.
Y lo dijo con claridad histórica:
“Nunca, en toda la historia del TSE, ha habido una extensión.”

Because Zanin issued his order right at the 5PM closing bell, pro-Bolsonaro precincts that closed on time permanently locked their electronic voting machines...while unclosed precincts in regions like the Lula-heavy areas kept taking votes until 7PM 🤯
Electoral lawyer Priscilla Sodré Pereira told the NYT: "This is an extremely serious, critical situation."
Electoral law professor Fernando Neisser said that the election could be annulled if the margin is tight and the evidence shows "that polling stations stayed open longer in areas that strongly favor one candidate"
Even the New York Times is now admitting it.

I just learned that he has no mother or father to speak up for him. And now the Islamic Republic wants to hang him.
His name is Ilya Ben Rashid.
He is a young Iranian protester He has a younger sister. Now he is facing a death sentence.
He was arrested during the January 2026 protests in Iran. A Revolutionary Court in Isfahan sentenced him to death on charges of “waging war against God” for allegedly damaging public property.
He is being held in Dastgerd Prison. Reports say he was denied a lawyer of his choice.
Imagine facing execution for demanding freedom.
We must become his voice. We must stop his execution.

Let’s make sure the entire world understands. In Brazil, judicial rulings in connection with federal elections are made by the court that has been in place for that very purpose, the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE).
@LulaOficial requested to the TSE that the polls be extended by two more hours in the entire country, citing “transportation problems.” Who controls the transport system? Lula’s government surely more so than a senator running for president.
Instead of waiting for a TSE ruling. @LulaOficial immediately asked Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) justice @Cristianozaninm to order the polls remain open WITHOUT any TSE ruling. Within minutes (did Zanin even read the filing?), the polls were ordered to remain open by Zanin.
The STF has 11 justices. What did Zanin do before becoming an STF justice? Oh yes, he was Lula’s criminal defense lawyer in his corruption cases.
If this blatant rigging of the elections will be used to announce that Lula won, is Lula seriously expecting anyone in the international community to recognize that as a free and fair election? He knows nobody will.
Has the desperation reached a point that today is the day the mask fully comes off and Lula becomes the next Nicolas Maduro? For the sake of Brazil, I pray that is not the case.

They were on their way home from a camping holiday for Ethan’s 5th birthday on October 7th.
Hamas butchered them.
Authorities found the 3 bodies together. They buried them together.
But the 8 year old girl Aline’s body was found days later in a different location.
