Since quitting the gym, I go to Warren Farm instead of paying to walk on a treadmill. Far more enjoyable, interesting and free! I know several elderly Hanwellians who boast about doing their 10,000 steps around the meadow/canal too.

Ealing already has a Regional Park. It’s called the Brent River Park. It was set up 50 years ago and added to over the following 10 years.
We are well up for expanding it though.

First light at @WarrenFarmNR. Like a spectre, a barn owl appears from the shadows at the edge of the meadow. It swoops silently over the long grass, listening intently for prey hidden amongst the vegetation.
