For those that missed it a goalie just killed a man. There’s lots of times in a game where coming together can happen and result in serious injury. It would be crazy to assume the goalie here was trying to kill him.
That being said there are some obvious differences between Owono and Neuer. For starters Neuer was in the box going for the ball. He won the ball. What he did isn’t even a foul, even though it was a physical play that left a player hurt. The attacker knows that when he’s in the box going for the ball the keeper will be going for it to.
Owono was not in his box. He was in the halfway line. He didn’t have the right to catch the ball. That alone is a red card. He wasn’t going for the ball, he was trying to stop the player. He lead with a flying knee and fist to stop the player from getting past him. It’s a straight red and a serious suspension regardless of how bad the player was hurt. It’s illegal play because of course you can’t throw a flying knee into an unsuspecting person. It’s wildly dangerous, and in this case literally killed someone. At a bare minimum he should never be allowed to play professional sports again.

The investigation controlled by Zelensky is considering the version of a planned provocation and a scheme to transport military personnel into unauthorized absence (SZCh) — according to the prosecutors who are exempt from military service, men must serve forever under the threat of torture.
The investigation is being conducted under articles of the Criminal Code concerning the organization of mass riots, resisting law enforcement officers, obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the illegal dissemination of information about the deployment of AFU units (Articles 294, 342, 114-1, 114-2).
In court, she stated that she had seen how men with their hands tied and bags over their heads were being taken into the house.
Was she supposed to remain silent? Not fight for people’s freedom?
At the same time, not a single person who beat the men and illegally held them against their will in a private prison has been detained.
This is Zelensky’s policy. This is what dictatorship looks like!

Anyone who has played football at any level knows this was no accidental collision.
And when you see the events leading up to it, it’s clear that the goalkeeper had revenge in mind.
He will probably get a couple of years in jail for this, while his victim’s family face a lifetime of pain.

The demoralization campaign around the female co-pilot is sickening. This young woman managed to page ATC throughout the entirety of their rapid descent, and with only mere seconds before her death, she sends out another message letting ATC know they’re nose-diving below 10,000 feet. The planes speed surpassed 500mph, and at the time of impact, Mach 1.
When I watch the crash video and overlay it with the co-pilots audio, I sit there in disbelief. Her ability to keep “showing up” is not just brave, it’s cartoonishly impressive.
Too soon to be saying this, but I don’t care - that girl is a fucking legend. For ambitiously pursuing aviation at the age of 17, flying privates at the age of 20, and for doing HER JOB until the very last second.
This story has been twisted and contorted beyond belief by the absolute dredges of society.

I had not seen this video when I made my first post about the Jesus Owono and Jesus de Miguel incident.
As a psychologist, the moment that incident happened, I knew Jesus Owono did that act intentionally due to prior frustration, anger, and contempt he kept inside him during the match. This was why he was unremorseful until the matter got out of hand.
Here’s a video of the prior altercation that led to the incident.
We can simply say that what Owono did was an act of revenge for the prior incident that led to the altercation in this video, and now that revenge has taken someone’s life.
Jesus Owono must face a serious punishment.

En el caso del portero Owono que va al choque contra Jesús de Miguel dónde lamentablemente pierde la vida el jugador del Tenerife, podemos estar de acuerdo que su intención no era matarlo, pero no se puede negar que si iba con la intensión de lastimarlo, momentos antes estaba caliente peleando con todo mundo, al ver la pelota bombeada y al jugador contrario persiguiendo la pelota vio la oportunidad de lastimarlo por la adrenalina que traía de el encuentro, el quería lastimar lo más que se pudiera al jugador en el choque, tanto así que no voltea ni a ver el balón, va directo al jugador con la pierna extendida, junto con el puño para golpear la cara, choca, ve la roja y se aleja teniendo la actitud de eso era lo que buscaba, sabía que lo había lastimado, por eso no regreso a ver como estaba, ni tuvo la actitud como cuando verdaderamente ha sido un accidente que se regresan diciendo perdoname no era mi intención, (en este caso claro que fue su intención lastimarlo) lo único que no pensó es que llegaría a tanto, por querer descargar su rabia y el coraje al otro equipo, termino matando a un compañero.
Alguien que no puede controlar su ira en un deporte de contacto no es apto para seguir jugando a nivel profesional, lamentablemente es muy notorio la intención que tenía, tendrá que vivir con la culpa de causar una tragedia todo por su falta de control emocional, porque hay accidentes donde por darlo todo pueden chocar unos con otros, pero están estos casos dónde el jugador solo sale a desquitarse con el jugador contrario sin pensar en las consecuencias, tendrá que responder por homicidio, no fue un accidente, fue una acción imprudente con intensión de lastimar que se le salió de las manos a Owono, esperemosnque sirva de ejemplo para los que no se saben gobernar y lo piensen 2 veces querer salir lastimar a un compañero de profesión solo por la calentura del encuentro porque todo puede salir mal, que en paz descanse Jesús de Miguel y pronta resignación a la familia.

African coaches have always encouraged their goalkeepers to attack aerial balls aggressively. Even from my own experience playing football, I wouldn't bother challenging a goalkeeper for a 60/40 ball because I know how brutal they can be.
In this particular incident, I don't even think the striker could have avoided the collision because he never saw the goalkeeper coming. They were only around the halfway line, so why would a goalkeeper come out and challenge for the ball with that level of aggression?
Personally, I think the goalkeeper deliberately went in hard on the striker, even if I don't believe his intention was to kill him.
