True. Gratitude helps you appreciate what you have, but it doesn't mean you must accept a situation that is holding you back. You can be grateful for today and still work toward a better tomorrow.

We spend years working with people. We share lunch, travel together, solve problems and build great memories.
Then one day, we lose our job, for one reason or another. At first, people call and say they are sorry. They promise to stay in touch.
But slowly, the calls stop. Someone else takes our place, and life at work goes on as before.
That is when we learn that even after years of service, a company can move on without us and continue to do well.
This is a hard career lesson, and one we should all be prepared for.

You see this attitude that all you content creators, especially Instagram ones, have. I want to warn you: when I go to an event where food is shared I've been to several and I'm eating, you put your camera in my face. I calmly tell you to take it away because I'm eating, but you keep filming me and post it on your Instagram. You won’t like the end of it, I promise you
What is this? You film people whether they're eating or not. You don't look for their best angle; you just capture them, post them for views, and push them for clickbait. It doesn't make sense.

Disagreeing with your Boss is not always easy.
Instead of saying “You are wrong,” try,
1. That’s a fair point, but the challenge I see is…
2. I would like to add one more point.
3. My concern is…
4. I want to make sure we consider…
5. How do you see this working in the long term?
