I'm compiling my Cradley 70s Dream Team. Bernie Persson, John Boulger & Bruce Penhall are automatic choices - but who gets the other four places? Must have ridden in seasons from 1970 to '79 and selection based on how they performed in this period - not future. @HeathensSpeed

A sad weekend. Colin Pratt was my team manager with England along with Eric Boocock. Very passionate and straight talking. Alan Grahame (Big Al) was a tough competitor I always enjoyed racing with and against. My thoughts are with the families of Colin and Big Al. Kelv

Hard to comprehend losing Colin Pratt and Alan Grahame within 24 hours. I was named after three riders killed in the Lokeren disaster, so Pratty and I always had a special bond. Two great, genuine characters. Sleep well chaps.

I am deeply saddened to hear that Alan has passed away. Big Al was a racer through and through, always gave his all in every race. It was always a pleasure to meet up around the tracks and be greeted with Al's big smile. Thoughts are with his family. I will miss him. Mort
