To catch you up: 20 years of investigating DBS for treatment-resistant #depression & we found a 🎯 (SCC), refined precision, gauged long-term efficacy & spotted early signs of recovery.
Now, we have exciting news...
new observations that further support the role of beta interactions within discrete limbic pathways in depression. some important similarities ( and clear differences) to our SCC DBS TRD cohort. looking forward to exploring further. great job andy !
