My appeal was auto rejected in a few minutes. I dm’d you guys, and I’m just receiving the same responses over and over again …
I would like to request a genuine, human review of my YT channel, along with additional information explaining what part of my content broke this policy. If I didn’t break any policy, I would like a reinstatement of my channel.

It has been months since my channel was wrongfully terminated, and I still have not received a genuine human review. Your automated system continues to reject my appeals.
I officially won my independent out-of-court dispute through Appeals Centre Europe (ACE), and I also have an active case with the Irish Digital Services Coordinator (Case: CAS-06051). Despite these decisions, my channel has not been reinstated I finally Filled Up with @CNaM_ie They now Accept me.
I respectfully ask YouTube to escalate my case to the compliance team and conduct a genuine human review. If you continue to uphold the termination, please provide the evidence that justifies your decision.
My channel was terminated on January 10, 2025. I had worked hard to reach over 1,000 subscribers, and losing my channel has been devastating.
Please stop relying on automated responses and review my case fairly. I simply want my channel restored if it was terminated in error.
