Off season is a time to improve speed and strength. Back to week #1 of 6-wk sprint program. After warm up 5 sets of 20-yards then go home. 20-min and speed is gained! Playing travel sports can’t do this!

Our coaching staff had the pleasure of having @AleciaM27 put on a ankle wrapping clinic. I need practice. Coach Weyeneth and coach Shoop had a lot more success.

Instead of a banquet each season we do the world games! It is a unique event inter squad meet. Seniors draft captains and also coach/assign events for their teams. This years seniors hard at work checking athletic.net results and choosing their teams!
