Had two awesome chats with fellow authors today, and I am once again motivated to keep going with my edit, which I have neglected for over two weeks now.
Pure video game design is all I've been doing these days... for a video game I may never make 😂 But it has been a great distraction from my novel editing and waiting for feedback on the proposed narrative I sent my team... 🧩🎮

Sat down for a 30-minute session and managed to add 500 words back to my manuscript! New opening scene, but it deals with a very heavy topic and may be jarring for readers.
Today wasn't a great writing day. In fact, today was one of those days where you don't do anything.
I guess my brain needed that break! 😄 Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back at it with some murder mystery editing.
I feel like most of the writing I accomplished this month has been for a business strategy proposal and for a game narrative design document.
But I’m still satisfied because I was also able to write and complete 2 creepy short stories! 👻

Been working on narrative design for a video game. After discussing with the game development team some more, we're going to be cutting the story into a more manageable 10-chapter format. Time to go cut stuff out💙
