One of my takeaways from #Meridian2026 is how much easier itโs becoming to build on @StellarOrg.
Tools like Raven can help Filipino developers get started faster and focus on building real-world applications. ๐ต๐ญ
Hear more from SDFโs Tomer Weller below! ๐
What if building on Stellar got easier than ever before?
At Meridian 2026 in Lisbon, we asked Tomer Weller (@tomerweller), Chief Product Officer at SDF, the question every new builder has: Where do I start?
His answer: Raven.
โ Go to raven.stellar.org/
โ Point your AI agent at it
โ Let it show you everything about the Stellar network and how to integrate with it
Raven gives your agent Stellarโs docs and ecosystem context in one connection. From there, in Tomerโs words, you can build DeFi, compose with existing protocols, use on- and off-ramps, and โbuild equitable access to the worldโs financial system.โ
At Rise In, we help builders take their first step on Stellar, and Raven makes that step shorter than ever.

The real test for a money app?
Could your parents use it without calling you for help?
They shouldnโt need to understand wallet addresses or blockchain networks just to send money to someone they know.
Thatโs the experience weโre working toward with Salapi: familiar usernames, with the technology behind the scenes.
What part of sending money do you usually have to explain to someone else?

Our Testnet acceptance run completed:
โ 3 rounds
โ 3 different payout recipients
โ Zero remaining contract token balance
Normal, missed-reveal and no-reveal cases passed.
A member finalizes each round after the deadline. The no-reveal fallback is predictable, not a guarantee of unbiased randomness.
Testnet only. No real money.

Weโve hardened Salapiโs app to contract money flow.
Every contract facing amount now uses exact integer token units, helping prevent precision loss and unexplained residuals.

According to new research from OKX, Gen Z is showing significantly more trust in cryptocurrency compared to older generations.
The report highlights that 22% of Gen Z respondents trust crypto as a reliable way to secure their wealth, compared to 13% of Gen X and a mere 5% of Baby Boomers.
With nearly half of Gen Z having used a crypto exchange and 37% currently holding or using digital assets, younger Americans are becoming increasingly comfortable with Web3. As this tech-savvy generation continues to gain more economic influence, their strong preference for digital assets over traditional financial institutions could play a major role in completely reshaping the future of global finance.
