Years ago. I know a young man who lost his job at a major retailer. He worked in Customer service. He lost his job because a ww lied, and said that he hit her after refusing to take back some merchandise. She was the typical, "I lost my receipt", type. The system denied her. Too many returns. She went ballistic. He tried to calm her down. That was his mistake. She called corporate, lying her a## off. They took her side. 🤨
