Brain Alive volume 1 is going to be published in physical format early December 2026 in Japan. It is a Japanese version but you can order it now with global shipping and a special illustration that is just in this edition. As any new manga the initial sales are very important for the long term success of the serialization, so I would really appreciate if you could consider buying it now.
