The CFTC just approved equity perps in the US.
Here's everything you need to know:
> Perpetual futures on individual stocks can now trade on CFTC registered exchanges for the first time ever
> Catch: the exchange has to be dual registered with the SEC as a notice registered national securities exchange to list security futures
> CFTC Chair Michael Selig says the point is to give US traders access to perps inside a regulated framework instead of being forced offshore... direct shot at offshore perp venues
> Legal basis is the Commodity Futures Modernization Act of 2000 plus the CFTC/SEC MOU
> Selig borrowed SEC Chair Atkins' line that these products were stuck in a regulatory "no man's land". Both agencies now say that era is over
> No exchanges named, no launch dates, no detail on leverage or funding mechanics yet
> Perps were crypto's biggest product innovation. US regulators are now importing the format for stocks... onshore vs onchain is officially on
> Pair this with ICE x trade[XYZ] and the direction of travel is pretty obvious

We were taught that Earth orbits the Sun in a closed circle. In reality, Earth has never returned to the same point in space once in 4.5 billion years.
Right now, the Sun is carrying Earth and every planet around the center of the Milky Way at 230 km/s (828,000 km/h), more than 18,000 kilometers every 80 seconds.
Because the Solar System is tilted 60.2° to the galactic plane and bobs up and down through the galactic disc roughly every 30 million years, the planets trace open 3D corkscrew helices across deep space rather than flat loops.
The last time the Sun stood where it stands today, one Galactic Year (230 million years) ago, the very first dinosaurs were only beginning to appear on Earth. Since forming 4.6 billion years ago, our Sun has completed only 20 laps.

Karol Nawrocki do Donalda Tuska:

"Tusk musi złamać prawo, żeby przywrócić praworządność" - pisze "Die Welt" i sięga dna w usprawiedliwianiu bezprawia obecnej władzy.
Tusk chce temu zapobiec!" - dzielnie w swojej odklejce broni bandyckich działań Tuska "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung".
"Do kogo należy Trybunał Konstytucyjny?"
To mówi wszystko.
