If you admire Archbishop Lefebvre as I once fervently did, look into the life of Saint Mark of Ephesus.
Both men stood against false councils.
Both refused compromise with heresy.
Both clung to the tradition that was handed to them.
Yet only one is called Saint.

Indians are far & away the worst tenants- from the necessary monthly calls to collect rent, haggling over stuff like light bulbs, the general destruction of property… just don’t do it. Not worth the time and frustration. Better to let your place sit empty until someone else comes along
In my opinion, this is a necessary book for Catechists. Its a easy read, dispels modern Ecumenist notions, and exposes Catechumens to a great American saint.
Our priest recommends it to all of the converts coming from Catholicism.
History repeats itself: Catholicism has another Pope Leo: Leo XIV; who seeks to bring Orthodoxy into communion with Rome.
📖 We’re excited to announce that 'Union with Rome?' by St. Raphael of Brooklyn will be on sale June 19th from Uncut Mountain Press!
'Union with Rome?' is a short but timeless treatise. Its value lies in revealing how the Truth of our Faith remains the same yesterday, today and forever (Heb. 13:8). While today, when certain Orthodox representatives embrace an “ecumenism of reconciliation” and not return of the Papacy, St. Raphael’s response re-presents the diachronic and saving call to repentance. The reader will be struck by how timeless and truly restorative his “word” is for our day.

Thousands of Jordanians attend the funeral of the nine Orthodox Christian martyrs killed in Jordan on Friday.
Looks like there was a strong state security presence there.
May their memories be eternal.

David : Bible says Icon Veneration is Idolatry
Also David : actually, I dont have a problem kissing this icon, just *doing this extra act of veneration like burning incense to it in church*

The Church has been in schism since the mid twentieth century. People are only now realising it.
There is the Catholic Church, which rose from Sacred Tradition, with the deposit of faith, celebrating the Mass of the Ages.
Then there is the New Order, which sometimes goes by Holocaustianity, replacing Tradition with novelty, so subtly most people do not notice until it is too late. Like a frog in increasingly boiling water. High altars gone, nave tables in, the Sacrifice gets demoted to a Jewish meal. They revert to the passover which was fulfilled in Christ; the Mass of the Ages is suppressed; prayerful posture such as kneeling and receiving communion on the tongue is discouraged; homosexuality and women in positions of leadership is encouraged, by act if not decree; universal language of the Church is replaced with a thousand vernacular dialects; good priests are silenced, their obedience weaponised, whilst bad bishops are promoted, the very ones who push lgbtq; the catechism is infected with just enough vagueness and ambiguity to sow confusion.
The Church cannot change her teaching. Yet, the New Order will be quiet on issues they should speak out on, and vocal on issues they should remain quiet on. The New Order hierarchy uses enough abstractions to make it seem like the Church has “modernised,” where she cannot and should not. From the mass migration of Mohammedans, to the death penalty.
Modernism is the enemy of the Catholic Church, and the fruit of the New Order.
Lefebvre’s warnings were prophetic.

I can’t believe people are shocked about the Ethan Klein situation. Men who constantly moan and groan about “toxic masculinity” are always the WORST men.

"For no reason"
I used to take my team out to a brazilian all-you-can-eat steakhouse every month. It was great, one of my favorite restaurants of all time, and everyone else loved it too. We'd eat so much meat everytime that we felt like our hearts were gonna stop.
Then one day I had an indian guy thrust into our team by the hiring department. And as usual that month, i took my team, including the new indian guy, out to the restaurant. The next day, I got a call from HR asking if I took my team to a steakhouse. I said yeah, we do it every month. They said i cant do it anymore because the indian guy complained. It wasnt that there was nothing for him to eat, obviously im not that big of an asshole that i'd take my team somewhere that one of them cant eat, thats terrible for morale. They had plenty of vegetarian options for him. The problem was that he was a hindu so he didnt like seeing people eat cows. He said it was offensive and that we'd done it on purpose to harass him.
So one indian guy ruined a team tradition we'd been doing for 8 years, long before he got there, just by claiming "discrimination". Why? Because he was totally and completely culturally incompatible with us and should have never been allowed in the fucking country.
Shit like that is why i hate indians, not "for no reason", mr "weinstein".

Been delving deeply into orthodox theology and history.
The Roman Catholic church split away from the apostolic church and became schismatic. They are guilty of what they accuse protestants of.
I believe the Orthodox church is the true line of apostolic succession
