On a whim, I signed up to head to @VP @KamalaHQ rally. The vibes in line were immaculate. I’m absolutely FLOORED to be able to sit where the speakers will walk out. Now waiting for it all to begin. #womenforharris

The bots have taken over @instagram. This is a snapshot of this morning. @Meta y’all need to do better. No way I’m going to report each of these accounts that keep popping up and are fake.

As we wrap up nurses week, I’m completely blown away to be the recipient of two Penn State Hershey’s Department of Nursing’s Nurses Week awards. The first is the Quality Improvement award for our team’s work in drastically reducing CAUTI from 7.814/1000 patient days to just 1.56/1000 patient days through the implementation of evidence. This work has also received nominations from the Hospital Association of Pennsylvania. The second, is the Manuscript or Publication award for my book, 13 Rules for ICU Nursing. Thank you to our nurse executives for constantly supporting our nurses work, and the profession of nursing for allowing me to continually contribute and change the world. And finally, thank you to those that didn’t believe this was possible. Because it was. Hard work pays off. #nurseaward #criticalcare #doepicshit

Poster 1 and poster 2 at the @PennStHershey and @PSUNursing Translating Research into Innovations in Practice conference. I’m thankful for a colleague who helped me present one of my posters and always thankful for my other colleagues who showed up to support my work. #nursing #nurseeducation #evidencebasedpractice #Innovation

Another day, another 2 posters for one conference. An integrative review on broadband and stroke patients and a systematic review on early mobilization. I’m excited to present these next week with the help of a colleague! #nursetwitter #evidencebasedpractice
