You cannot solve a cryptographic problem with a legal document. The industry keeps trying anyway. A will is a legal instrument. It operates in the legal system. Courts can interpret it, executors can carry it out, attorneys can enforce it. A private key is a mathematical construct. It does not respond to court orders. It cannot be compelled by any legal process. It either works or it doesn’t. When a digital asset holder dies, legal tools and cryptographic reality come into direct conflict. Lawyers draft documents that reference wallets and keys. But if the keys are lost, or held exclusively by the deceased, those documents point at nothing. The legal system can acknowledge the asset exists. It cannot move it. This is why the solution has to be built at the protocol level. Not a law firm. Not a custodian with a policy. Not a “trust this company with your seed phrase” arrangement. Actual cryptographic infrastructure that allows for secure, conditional access transfer without exposing the underlying keys to new risk during the holder’s lifetime. That’s what Inheriti Elements built. The architecture matters as much as the product. #Web3‌‌ #fintech #RWA #WealthManagement

Tokenized real estate. Staked positions. On-chain securities. All of it vanishes if there’s no inheritance plan in place. The wealth management industry is not ready for this. Inheriti is building the infrastructure that closes that gap. inheriti.com #RWA #Web3 #DigitalInheritance

3) Real ownership means you can decide what happens to something after you’re gone. That requires a different kind of system. One that can execute your intentions across time, not just protect your assets in the moment. The wallet solves today. Inheriti Elements solves what comes after.

4) We’re not here to replace self-custody. We’re here to make it complete. Because a digital asset that can’t outlast its owner isn’t really an asset.

When did you last think about who can access your crypto if you can’t? Not performance. Not allocation. Access. Most people with serious holdings have no real answer to that question. #WealthBuilding #DigitalAssets

A will handles your house, your savings, your pension. Nobody has a plan for their crypto. That’s not a personal failing. The infrastructure doesn’t exist yet. We’re building it. #Web3Builders #blockchain #Inheriti

An @Inheriti_com inheritance plan is a clear set of instructions for what happens to your money when you come to pass. God forbid you die and not even your loved ones can access your investments.

Your crypto has a private key. Your will doesn’t know what that means. Dr Edina Harbinja’s research at the European Law Institute is the most important work happening in digital inheritance right now and almost nobody in crypto is paying attention. The core finding: people don’t want inheritance law applied to their digital lives. They want chosen custodians. Specific people. Specific access. Specific conditions. That’s not how succession law works today. England and Wales recognised digital assets as property in December 2025. Big step. But recognition ≠ transfer. Knowing something is yours doesn’t tell anyone how to access it when you’re gone. The ELI model rules land later this year. The platforms building native inheritance infrastructure now won’t be scrambling when regulation catches up. The infrastructure gap is real. It won’t be closed by a better will. linkedin.com/posts/universit… #DigitalInheritance #crypto#ZeroTrust #Inheriti #blockchain #web3

3/ The window is closing. The European Law Institute's "Model Rules on Succession of Digital Assets" is expected in 2026. The platforms that build native inheritance infrastructure before EU harmonisation lands will define the standard. Not follow it.

Most people don’t realise their digital assets are inaccessible to family until it’s too late. With Inheriti®: designate heirs, set your conditions, store encrypted shares across cold storage and blockchain. If you’re active , nothing changes. If you’re not ,succession begins automatically. inheriti.com/ #DigitalInheritance #Crypto #web3 #fintech #blockchain

Multi-sig ≠ Inheritance Multi-sig: Active participants (M-of-N transactions) SSDP (Secure Share Distribution Protocol): Passive trustees (M-of-N recovery)Inheriti®: SSDP+ Dead Man Switch. • Shares reveal nothing alone• Time-locked verification• No premature access Different tools, different purposes, both essential. #Web3 #Blockchain #Fintech linkedin.com/posts/inheriti-…
