The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has disclosed that it generated N8.529 billion from the sale of nomination forms, membership dues, levies and contributions from supporters within approximately seven months of its establishment, with N2.402 billion spent on party activities during the period.
The disclosure, which places the difference between the reported inflows and expenditure at N6.127 billion, was made at the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting in Abuja on Monday, following the presentation of its statement of account by the National Treasurer, Dr. Peter Onigah.
