To the RWA Inc Cohort II Interns 30 September 2026 Dear Cohort II, Today marks the completion of your internship journey at RWA Inc, and I want to personally thank and congratulate every one of you. This cohort has brought together talented people from across the world — India, Canada, Lithuania, Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Egypt, Togo, Ghana, Senegal, Nigeria, and beyond. Different countries, cultures, educations, and experiences came together with one common purpose: to learn, contribute, build, and be part of something ambitious. During your time with RWA Inc, you have worked across regulatory and compliance, software development, product development, design, HR, data, marketing, cybersecurity, quality assurance, automation, and many other areas of our ecosystem. Some of you arrived with significant experience. Others were taking their first serious steps into the professional world. That is exactly what an internship should be about. I hope you leave RWA Inc not only with something meaningful to add to your CV, but with greater confidence, stronger skills, new relationships, and a better understanding of what it takes to build technology and companies in a rapidly changing global environment. Building a company is never a straight road. There are successes, mistakes, pressure, deadlines, difficult problems, changing priorities, and moments when things simply do not work as expected. Learning how to operate through those moments is often more valuable than learning when everything goes according to plan. For those of you who challenged yourselves, took responsibility, asked questions, solved problems, helped your colleagues, and pushed beyond what was expected of you: keep that mentality. It will take you far. The world is moving incredibly quickly. AI, blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, automation, and institutional technology are transforming industries at a speed we have rarely seen before. Your generation will not simply work inside that transformation — many of you will help define it. My advice to you is simple: Stay curious. Learn faster than the world changes. Take responsibility. Build things. Do not be afraid of difficult problems. And never underestimate what can happen when ambitious people from completely different parts of the world work toward the same objective. Your internship may officially end today, but I hope your relationship with RWA Inc does not. Some of you may work with us again. Some may become founders yourselves. Some may become executives, engineers, lawyers, designers, investors, researchers, or leaders in industries that do not even exist yet. Wherever you go, I hope you remember that you were part of this chapter of RWA Inc. Thank you for your time, your work, your ideas, your patience, and your contribution. It’s funny how history repeats itself… I clearly remember 20 years ago, when we built one of our first digital dictation solutions for a single doctor. Very few can endure the pain, pressure, criticism, uncertainty, and setbacks of today in exchange for the possibility of greatness tomorrow. And let me be clear - there is absolutely nothing wrong with giving up - it is just not what RWA INC stands for at all!! Our core value is never giving up and never leaving soldiers behind - And so the investors can sleep at night knowing we will push until principles are back and profit is taken !! And beyond!! For as long as it takes!!! The market will ask: “Can RWA INC close another major deal?” “Can they repeat it?” “Or was the first one just a lucky shot?” Inside RWA INC, we already know our answer.
