A biological male cannot be discriminated against on the basis of sex when he is not female. He is seeking the protections and spaces created for women, and that directly removes those same rights from actual women and girls.

It still amazes me that some people actually believe this shit. It's a fetish, and he's a man.

I mean, god… just wind them up, set them down & it won’t be long until the cymbal-smashing monkey is on your face… If I had a penny for every video I’ve seen expressing similar violent sentiments… Believe me, women are the ones that need protecting from this “doll”…

"Downfall of Russell Brand the rapist: The swaggering sex predator fawned over by the Left Sex predator Russell Brand could face new rape charges within weeks after he was convicted on Thursday of attacks on four women The 51-year-old actor and comedian faces years behind bars – and could lose his £16million fortune in a slew of civil claims on both sides of the Atlantic" dailymail.com/crime-desk/art…

Just did @GBNEWS on the conversion practices bill. Disappointed that free speech advocate Peter Tatchell defends the bill. Even more disappointed that he does so by INVENTING entire clauses which do NOT appear in the legislation!

I was burgled years ago. He left blood & DNA so was arrested. At trial his barrister presented a humiliating (& utterly ridiculous) version of events in which I had apparently cut him in a sex game gone wrong. I felt on trial. It was beyond awful. (Guilty verdict though).
So now we can say the thing that we couldn't say before: that Russell Brand's barrister's arguments on his client's behalf were utterly disgraceful and seemed rooted in the misogynistic past

O’Brien on @LBC now quite skilfully attempting to distance attention from himself and his support of Russell Brand, by redirecting focus to ‘other people’, and suggesting that it was simply “15 years ago that he had a photograph taken with Brand”. No, you were supporting him.

➡️ Henry Nowak's killer, Vickrum Digwa, has had his 21-year sentence increased to 25-years The Court of Appeal ruled it was unduly lenient Still not enough & Vickrum's brother should also be jailed for his part in this horrific murder Thinking of Henry, his family & friends💔
Vickrum Digwa says his 21-year sentence for the murder of Henry Nowak is "too harsh". - Digwa was carrying 2 knives. - He stabbed Henry multiple times. - He chased and stabbed Henry in the back of the legs as he tried to escape. - He filmed Henry dying and mocked him. - He delayed medical help. - He told police Henry had not been stabbed. - He lied that Henry was a racist and the aggressor. -He said it was self defence. - He told his mother to hide the murder weapon. - He colluded with his brother about what 'story' they'd tell in interview. His sentence was already reduced for: - his age 22 - "previous good character"(which was a lie) - apparant "lack of premeditation" (despite having two knives and chasing Henry stabbing him) "Too harsh"? No. It wasn't remotely enough.

What's weird is I didn't have a bottle either day. I had a cup of tea from the cafe downstairs both days and can of coke from the Pret over the road one day.

Thirty years ago today I announced the first ever all-female crew to attempt the Jules Verne Trophy. The non-stop round the world record we hoped to beat was 74 days! We were also the first all-female crew to race a maxi multihull; RSA was 74 ft with a top speed of 28 knots!

If the pro-strangle lobby would prefer to argue with a MAN: "for conduct such as choking, strangling or inhibiting another person’s breathing in any context, sexual or otherwise, consent is not a defence. Such conduct is always a crime." Lord Beckett, the Lord Justice Clerk in Scotland in August 2026
Stephen, a man who has spent two days defending extreme, abusive porn, says WE are like a man who, um, makes porn and stands accused of abuse.

And, inevitably, the idiots who think this is like Judo are back... For a start, in the bedroom, you don't have refs & first aiders on hand. Anyway, we have so much respect for We Can't Consent to This and everything they achieved.

They could, but you have to be exceptionally brave. @ellieokwilson has been put though hell for challenging the way she was cross examined. Better, surely, that barristers are reprimanded by the Judge if they try this?
Replying to @DAaronovitch
Brand's victims could do what @ellieokwilson did & complain about the questioning from the barrister. The more that happens, the less likely barristers will be so brutal when cross examining. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cpwg…

Oh dear, bad news for the porn-addled stranglers out there. Seems the British public does not support their leisure activities!
Tomorrow, 3 categories of pornography will become illegal under the Crime and Policing Act 2026. Our new poll shows the public support the banning of each type -Porn depicting someone who appears or is pretending to be under 16: 88% support -Porn depicting strangulation/suffocation: 78% -Porn depicting apparent incest or pretend incest: 77%
