If I were given responsibility for growing a Web3 community, I wouldn't start by asking:
"How do we get more members?"
I'd ask:
Who are we trying to attract?
Why should they join?
What happens after they join?
What makes them want to stay?
How does the community support the project's goals?
Then I'd build around the answers.
Onboarding, content, campaigns, contributors, communication and retention should work together.
Community growth isn't one campaign or a big member count.
It's a system that consistently attracts, engages and retains the right people.

been noticing @FungoLabs popping up on my timeline quite a lot today.
from what i’ve gathered, they’re bringing zama’s fhe technology to ethereum to enable encrypted nfts, allowing certain data and information to remain private rather than being exposed publicly.

We closed it at $76M+ in total transaction volume.
Within the month, we added:

◽️@cngn_co’s cNGN passed $44M traded, @idrx_co’s base:0x18bc5bcc660cf2b9ce3cd51a404afe1a0cbd3c22 passed $26M, and BNB Chain ranked us a top 10 DEX protocol by 30-day volume.
The part we're proudest of: none of it came from one corridor. Naira, rupiah, and Brazilian assets are all growing at the same time, on the same market and the same pricing standard.
